PowerPay App
These terms apply to all purchases and use of the PowerPay app and service. By using PowerPay, you accept these terms.
PowerPay offers paid access to electricity on behalf of the owner of the facility via an app or browser.
To use the services offered by PowerPay, you must register a personal account with a password. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information you provide is correct and up to date. Your user account is personal and cannot be shared or transferred to others. If you suspect that there has been unauthorized access to your user account, you must immediately notify PowerPay of this and change your password. PowerPay reserves the right to close the service or take reasonable measures to prevent misuse. If you wish to terminate this agreement, you can do so by deleting your user account. Any paid amounts will not be refunded.
PowerPay acts as a sales agent for the owner of the facility, and all purchases are a binding agreement between you as a customer and the owner of the facility. Prices will be provided at the site, in the app, or in another manner. By accepting these terms, you give PowerPay permission to send your data to the owner of the facility to the extent necessary to carry out the agreement between the customer, the owner of the facility, and PowerPay.
It is the customer's responsibility to stop an ongoing session in the PowerPay app when usage is finished. If a session is not stopped and others connect to the same outlet, further consumption will still be charged to the customer's account. PowerPay or the facility owner is not responsible for costs incurred if the customer fails to end their session.
PowerPay utilizes the capacity of the local power grid at the site so that all customers receive maximum effect. However, capacity may be limited by fuses, power cables, other electricity usage, or the total amount of electricity available to the facility. Because of this, the power at a particular outlet may be reduced or turned off for periods.
Customers may only connect legally approved equipment that does not draw more electricity than is permitted by the given power outlet. Any damage caused by incorrect use or faults in the customer's equipment is the responsibility of the customer. The customer is liable for any damages.
PowerPay provides access to electricity using a QR code. When the QR code is activated in the PowerPay app and the customer has registered the necessary payment information, the outlet will start supplying electricity. When the session is stopped in the app, the delivery ends, and the amount is charged to your account. By using the services, you accept that PowerPay may charge the account/your credit card with costs according to the prices for the relevant outlet for the service or product you are purchasing.
PowerPay may also provide other products or services that are activated using a QR code on behalf of the facility. By activating such a QR code, the customer accepts to pay for the product/service via the PowerPay app. PowerPay may also use existing LoRa-WAN networks to add other services. Such products or services may also be sold by the facility to PowerPay, which then sells them directly to the customer.
Any complaints or notices of deficiencies must be directed to the owner of the facility. PowerPay is not responsible for any of the products or services provided by the owner of the facility.
